Self-assessment of motor skills by the students at the faculty of security studies in Banja Luka

The research sample consisted of 43 first-year male students at the Faculty Security Studies Banja Luka. This study was conducted to with aim determining relationship between student self-assessment motor skill performance and results same obtained based on application appropriate tests for assessment students' status. skills performed through a battery seven tests: maximum number push-ups in 10 seconds (MSKL) - used assess dynamic strength arm shoulder girdle, standing long jump (MSDM) explosive power lower extremities, agility stick (MOKP) coordination, trunk lifts 30 (MPTR) trunk, hand tapping (MTAR) frequency movements, forward roll backward running (MKNT) agility, Cooper's 12-minute test (MKUP) aerobic endurance. For skills, constructed questionnaire six responses used: excellent (5), above average (4), (3), below (2), poor (1), very (0). showed positive transfer Special Physical Education (SPE) curriculum body girdle. Students' self-assessments strength, dexterity were excellent. provided regarding speed, movement, girdle coordination. overestimated endurance test. indicate need enrich teaching content SPE, primarily area aimed development endurance, as well implementation method same.
